Why Is It Special?

This natural shade foundation works its magic to comprehensively improve the skin by concealing pores, pigmentation and redness, smoothing the tone and visually correcting uneven texture of the skin. A light, creamy base of the product will allow comfortable and even distribution over your skin.

The product has a subtle musky scent (we use the plant analogue of musk with light wine notes).

The Special Foundation is a companion for the Rose fluid. These two products can be mixed together in the proportion comfortable for you to get a personalized composition necessary for the improvement of your skin during the daytime. The scents of rose and musk perfectly accentuate each other and, depending on the proportion of the products used, will also produce your own signature combination.

What Can it Do?

• The foundation reliably protects the skin from ultraviolet rays, blocking UV-A and UV-B radiation.
• Maintains skin elasticity and firmness.
• Conceals minor imperfections, spots and uneven tone and texture.
• Prevents pigmentation and spots caused by UV rays.
• Moisturizes and softens the skin.

The product does not contain UV-absorbing substances, synthetic colorants and mineral oils. It is suitable for sensitive skin.

How Does It Protect?

The Special Foundation is a sunscreen product, which provides overall support of the barrier function of the skin and prevents its damage caused by ultraviolet and other negative environmental factors.

Stearic acid strengthens skin barrier properties, protects against frost and wind, gives the skin a matte look, makes it smooth and elastic, nourishes and moisturizes.

Zinc oxide blends perfectly with various natural filters and acts as a physical filter, protecting the skin against UV-A and UV-B rays. It regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, provides anti-inflammatory and astringent effect.

How Does It Correct Uneven Tone?

The foundation not only contains foundation pigment, but also has moisturizing and soothing components, which help eliminate redness and skin peeling.

Caprylic triglyceride is a natural ingredient, that is a fraction of coconut oil. It is characterized by the maximum possible compatibility with the skin, has a perfect moisturizing effect and is therefore especially recommended for dry and dehydrated skin. The component helps retain moisture, prevents the feeling of tightness, is non-comedogenic, has anti-inflammatory effect and serves as a conductor to transport fat-soluble active ingredients of any cosmetic products into the skin.

Tocopherol (vitamin E) reduces the depth of wrinkles, stimulates the synthesis of collagen, prevents pigmentation, slows down age-related skin sagging.
Vitamin E effectively boosts tissue regeneration, prevents the formation of scars. Tocopherol is included in cosmetic products as a skin-softening, moisturizing, nourishing and tone-improving component, which is especially beneficial for sensitive and problematic skin. Tocopherol prevents pigmentation and helps strengthen capillary walls, thus eliminating cuperosis and making dark circles under the eyes less visible.

Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) is a natural antiseptic and soothing component, that deeply cleanses pores and softens rough skin patches, it has a mild exfoliating effect. Magnesium absorbs carbon and its derivatives, has an antibacterial effect and speeds up the regeneration of tissues.

How to Use

As an independent skincare product

After your daytime skincare products are fully absorbed by the skin, apply the foundation onto your skin and spread it with a sponge, a brush for foundations or fingertips.

In combination with Summus Special Fluid Rose

Blend a small amount of fluid and foundation on the back of your palm. To determine the right proportion for you, add one push of the fluid to the foundation at a time until you achieve the desired lightness of the texture. The optimal ratio is 1:1 (an average of 2 pushes of the foundation and 2 pushes of the fluid). The more fluid in your mixture, the thinner (clearer) the coverage will be.

Attention! The SPF properties of the foundation are reduced when it is diluted with fluid. The mixture of foundation and fluid should only be applied to the skin with fingertips or with a sponge (not a brush) for 15-20 seconds. Due to the water base of the fluid, it will take a little longer to distribute the foundation over the skin.

Safety Precautions

Do not use on damaged skin, skin with oedema, eczema, irritation and inflammation. If individual intolerance of any of the ingredients, discomfort or irritation is suspected, discontinue to use the product and consult your dermatologist.

Make sure to prevent the product from getting into your eyes. If the product has gotten into your eyes, wash it away immediately with plenty of water.

Do not store the product at extremely high or low temperatures, keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Store in places inaccessible for children.
